Welcome to Rhythmic Cleaning Services official service agreement. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
“We”, “us” or “our” refers to Rhythmic Cleaning Services Pty Ltd.
“Client” or “you” refers to the person or business hiring our services.
“Services” means the cleaning services described in our quote or on our website.
2. Scope of Services
• We provide residential, office and commercial cleaning as outlined in your quote.
• Any additional work not in the quote (e.g. carpet shampoo, pressure wash, detailing ) will incur extra charges at our standard rates.
3. Booking & Payments
a. Quotes & Acceptance
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking; balance is due on completion.
b. Payment Methods
• We accept credit/debit cards (via Square) and electronic bank transfers.
c. Late Payment
• Overdue invoices incur a 5% late fee per week.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
a. Client cancellation:
• 48-hour notice: full refund of deposit.
• Less than 48 hours: forfeit deposit.
b. We may reschedule:
•Due to weather or emergencies; we’ll provide as much notice as possible.
5. Access & Security
• You must provide safe, unobstructed access (keys/code).
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage; report any concerns before we start.
6. Liability & Indemnity
• We carry public liability insurance up to $10 million.
• Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the service fee.
• You indemnify us against any claims arising from conditions beyond our control.
7. Complaints & Disputes
• Raise any dissatisfaction within 7 days via info@rhythmiccleaningservices.com.au or 1300 034 013.
• We’ll investigate and respond within 14 days. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediate in NSW.
8. Changes to These Terms
• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
These terms and conditions are aligned with guidelines set by the Australian Consumer Law and NSW Government Regulations.
